Processing and Production Time

All products at Salty Podcast Store are custom-made print-on-demand items. Your order is produced specifically for you after you place it, which means we need a bit more time to get it ready.

Processing time: 2-7 business days

This is the time it takes for our printing partner to create your product and prepare it for shipping. Processing times may vary depending on the product type and current order volume.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Once your order is produced and shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected:

United States:

  • Standard shipping: 3-7 business days after production
  • Express shipping: 2-3 business days after production

International:

  • Standard shipping: 7-21 business days after production (varies by country)
  • Express shipping: 3-10 business days after production (varies by country)

Total time from order to delivery: Please allow 5-14 business days for US orders and 9-28 business days for international orders.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select. We work with our fulfillment partner to offer competitive shipping rates.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey to you.

Fulfillment and Shipping Origin

Your products are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted third-party printing partner, Printful. Orders may ship from different fulfillment centers in the United States, Europe, or other locations depending on your delivery address and product availability. This helps us get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Customs and Import Fees

For international orders, please note that customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at saltyabandon@gmail.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
